Policies

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

Remaining balances are due on the day of the session.

Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Sessions are limited to the time booked.

Clients must communicate in advance the number of shots, poses, groupings, or specific setups desired so adequate preparation and time allocation can be made.

Additional shots or requests made during the session are subject to time availability and may result in additional charges.

Sessions within 35 miles of Conroe, TX are included at no additional cost.

Travel beyond this distance will incur an additional fee.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and will not alter the scheduled end time.

Final retouched images will be delivered within 5–7 business days for individual sessions. 

For team or group sessions, delivery timelines may vary based on the size and scope of the session.

First Impressions Studio retains the copyright to all images.

Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing, printing, and personal branding.

By booking a session, you grant permission for images to be used in the studio’s portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer your images to remain private, please let us know in writing before your session.

Orders for prints are available upon request and cannot be canceled once placed.
